At Little Free Library, we want your community book exchange to be perfect; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your library or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Library

Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping containers with all protective foam and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred carrier.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
